Cancellation Policy
An appointment reminder will be sent. We respectfully ask if you are unable to make your appointment that you please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
All services are offered via video conferencing. We use Google Meet for our meeting platform.
Payments
You will be sent a Square invoice when you make an appointment. Payment can be made directly through the invoice. We accept credit, debit, and CashApp.
You will receive your Google Meet link as soon as payment is received. If you prefer a phone appointment, please email and let us know.
Payment can be made at your earliest convenience. A payment reminder will be sent. Please note: If payment is not received 24 hours prior to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled.

Client Paperwork
If any paperwork is needed, it will be sent when you make your appointment. Please complete and return paperwork as soon as possible, but no later than 1 week prior to appointment. A reminder will be sent.
