Payments and Policies

Cancellation Policy

Appointment reminders are sent within 3 days before appointments. We respectfully ask if you are unable to make your appointment that you please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. 

All services are offered via video conferencing. We use Google Meet for our meeting platform. 

Payments

You will be sent a Square invoice requesting payment when you make an appointment.

You will receive your Google Meet link as soon as payment is received.

Payment is due no later than 2 business days before your appointment.

New Client Paperwork

Please complete and return paperwork no later than 1 week prior to appointment.
